"I have been with pam over 15 years. The care and service have went down greatly since Linda is no longer there. I've had two rate increases this year without any warning. When I call in the lack of concern is in the voice tone. This last time I said I was going to cancel since I've found cheaper rates with other providers. I was told just call us back to cancel. I cant believe they would let a 15+ year customer go so quickly. No wonder everyone is leaving. @STATEFARM"

"Do NOT recommend. Rates change monthly, they somehow cannot figure out how to do autopay and then they do not notify you in advance of any type of cancellation. Be sure to take your business elsewhere, this business isn’t worth your time."

"This company is crooked as a snake. I would never use this insurance again. They wanted to replace just half of a roof. Never would match. But they want to charge you a premium annual rate. Bad company!"
